Cows at Calabasas!!!

On April 27th the Calbasas community got a visit by the Dairy Council of California’s mobile classroom which included a real life cow!  Students learned all about cows (bovines) about milk and about other biology and science related issues!  Teachers will use this experience to introduce a comprehensive unit on student health and nutrition to begin in May!

  • Garden/Environmental Education Project w/Doug Cronyn

    We are fortunate to have teaching scientist/artist Doug Cronyn lead our students in staff over the past months on an exciting learning journey through gardening, conservation, sustainability and environmental education. Doug has used only minor funds to build up Calabasas garden plot, planter boxes and green house to a fully functioning garden and learning environment. Click on the link below to see and learn more!
